Returns/Exchanges

We will issue a STORE CREDIT within 7 days of you receiving your order! The item cannot been worn or washed and tags must be attached.

 

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.

Items listed as DEAL OF THE DAY/CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE/CLEAR THE RACK are also not returnable.

For clothing : all returns must be sent back in the form they were received {Tags attached, no smells/perfumes/dog hair etc}. Please inspect ALL items when you receive them for defects. Once your item has had its tags removed I will not replace. Please email us to innate a return: support@delightfuldaisyboutique.com

Please DO NOT send back an item without first reaching out to us.  Returns will be processed within 5 business days once received.

Due to the nature of each item being handcrafted just for you, I am unable to offer refunds. However, contact me if you are unhappy with your item and we can discuss the options. Custom orders can not be returned.

Delightful Daisy Boutique does not offer refunds on any purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Our candles and wax melts are all hand made in small batches and may differ from candle to candle. Due to the nature of our products these are not to be returned or exchanged. We will however make exceptions for incorrect items sent. Items must be unopened and unused.
